KAZKOMPOZIT LTD manufactures GRE/GRP Pipes using the filament winding process. Pipes of diameter 25mm to 2000mm and a full range of flanges & fittings are manufactured in EURO-III machines. It is amongst the very few manufacturers in the world who produce their own thermosetting resins for manufacturing Pipes.
KAZKOMPOZIT LTD resistant Fibre Glass Reinforced Polymer Composite Pipes meet the demanding needs of industry to transport corrosive and non-corrosive fluids for various applications including Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Desalination, Potable Water, Municipal and General Industries.
KAZKOMPOZIT composite pipes are manufactured with Polyester, Vinylester and Epoxy Resins using either the dual helical filament winding discontinuous mandrel filament winding technique. In our purpose built 50,000 square feet, we employ both techniques, manufacturing pipes of different specifications up to 3000mm in diameter. KAZKOMPOZIT composite pipes provide superior corrosion resistance, high mechanical and physical properties as well as the ease of handling, transportation and installation when compared to traditional materials.
KAZKOMPOZIT LTD is among the very few composite pipe manufacturers in the world who also produce their own thermosetting resins such as Polyester, Vinyl Ester and Epoxy Resins in-house thereby ensuring uninterrupted and consistent quality of resin supply to the plant, to meet the most challenging contractual commitments.
